This learning series will introduce PASSERELLE, Canada’s national bilingual hub dedicated to strengthening training and capacity development in Patient-Oriented Research (POR). Panelists will highlight how PASSERELLE’s resources, activities, training, and services can support individuals, research teams, and organizations across the country. They will further address how they are designed to build capacity for co-creation and shared decision-making, navigate power dynamics and promote equitable participation, help teams collaborate with intention and impact, and foster a culture of trust, reflection, and continuous learning.
