Biographie
McGill Research Chair in Family and Community Medicine at St.Mary’s Hospital. Trained in Epidemiology & Biostatistics, I am a health services researcher whose domain of research is the factors related to accessibility and quality of primary care, particularly the impact of health system policies and reforms. In recent years, I have focused on the development and validation of measures of patient and provider experience of health care, and of integration of services. I am currently nominated principal investigator of an Canada-Australia innovative team grant to develop organizational interventions to improve access to primary health care for vulnerable populations.
