Résumé
Primary healthcare professionals experience more psychological distress and burnout than the general population, which can have an impact on the delivery of patient care. Various studies have highlighted the positive aspects of mindfulness on the well-being of healthcare professionals and their performance with patients. Currently, a new training activity in meditation and mindfulness tailored for primary care is being piloted at the GMF-U de Rimouski. We aim to form an interdisciplinary research team to develop a “recherche 3.0” protocol project that focuses on supporting the delivery and evaluation of the training activity in a larger number of GMF settings.
