Biographie
I am a program manager currently managing a team of professionals in Homecare for the aged population within the CIUSSS de l’Ouest de l’île Montréal. My thirty years of experience as a front-line Social Worker in Young Offenders and Youth Protection which includes over 10 years managing in this domaine, has led me to have great interests in improving clinical services for children and families in youth protection. Keeping children and elderly safe as they are a vulnerable population is another area of great interest. As well, I am very interested in strength-based, collaborative clinical practices between professionals in the Health and Social Service Sector and their clients. Shared decision-making and empowering the clients are included in this area of interest.
